About Grace
Grace is a Yoga Alliance-certified Yoga, Chair Yoga and Kids Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 & RCYT 95).
​
With over 20 years of personal practice, she has completed 500+ hours of professional Yoga Teacher Training, including specialisations in Kids Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Accessible Chair Yoga.
In 2026, Grace was invited as a featured guest chair yoga instructor on “House of Wellness “(Channel 7), where she shared and advocated for the benefits of chair yoga.

Grace has been teaching yoga for many years with passion across a variety of settings, including studios, local childcare centres, primary schools, and community and retirement centres. She brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her classes, making yoga accessible and enjoyable for all ages.
Before returning to Australia, Grace worked as a French teacher. With a rich multicultural background, she speaks Cantonese, English, French, and Mandarin, allowing her to connect with people from diverse communities. Grace is known for thoughtfully tailoring her classes to suit the experience and needs of her students, helping them gain the most benefit from each session.

Welcome to our Kids Yoga classes! We teach yoga to children aged 6 months to 6 years at childcare centres in East Melbourne. Our classes are aligned with EYLF and focus on mindfulness, body coordination & playful activities, combining poses, breathing & fun games that make learning enjoyable. Join us as we help kids develop focus & a love for yoga in a safe and nurturing environment!
